About OOPA! Consulting: Our Story

In organisations, in their own lives. To create a better world than it was yesterday. That’s what Oopa! Consulting is all about.
Oopa! Consulting was established in 2016 to do just that. To enable leaders in all trades and all levels, in creating a better version of their worlds than it was yesterday. To enable training practitioners and facilitators to create the space that’s needed for them to do just that, and in turn, create a ripple effect with their participants.
The world, as uncertain and fast changing as it is, is the reality we live in. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk beside us for a while, to support us in unleashing that wisdom and potential that we didn’t think we have.
Oopa! Consulting was established in 2016 to do just that – to move people forward in leading themselves and others. Leadership presents itself in many different settings : in organisational environments, in meeting rooms, in training sessions, etc.
The Oopa! Team is a collaboration of extremely experienced facilitators of over 15 years (individually), all experts in their specific sub-disciplines, all running their own companies, and united by similar visions in this.
In Oopa! Consulting, we aim to :
- Enable leaders in all trades and levels, in creating better versions of themselves, so that they might impact their worlds positively, making these environments better than it was yesterday.
- Equip training practitioners and facilitators, as we serve alongside each other, to enable the leaders they touch in their locus.
